  1. Shipping and Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery will be made to the address specified during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct name and delivery address are provided. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect delivery information provided by you.

     

  2. Return Policy: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the product/products are faulty. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer support within 30 days from the date of delivery. We may require photo evidence of the fault before authorizing a return.

     

  3. Refunds and Exchanges: In the case of a faulty product, we will offer a refund or exchange, subject to our inspection and verification of the fault. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the fault is determined to be caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

     

  4. Cancellation: All sales are FINAL! Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
